Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand the package to your local carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
